Part-Time Social Media Guru
Overview
We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager for a part-time remote role to manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will create engaging content and execute strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule content (text, images, videos) using tools like Canva.
- Manage social media accounts using tools like SocialPilot for scheduling and analytics.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide basic reports on engagement and reach.
- Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages to build community.
- Stay updated on social media trends to ensure relevant and effective content.
Qualifications
- A strong sense of humor.
- 6+ years of being able to laugh at oneself.
- Little to no experience on LinkedIn.
- 1+ years of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva (or similar design tools) and SocialPilot (or similar tools).
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and trends.
Work Environment
- Part-time, remote position (10-20 hours/week).
- Flexible schedule with occasional evening/weekend work for real-time engagement.
