Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • What if I miss a prep week deadline? After 3 days, you’ll reset to the start of the previous prep week.
  • What if I miss a daily checklist item? After 3 days, you’ll reset to the start of the evolution.
  • Do I have to download the app if I subscribed on the site? No. All of the information in the app is present in the website. However, the app allows for tools such as alerts, notifications, reminders, and cross app integration that might be useful for you.
  • I love what you are doing, how can I help? We are always looking for partners to expand this effort. Reach out to us at [email protected].
  • Can I change my fitness program? Yes. We recommend pick something and stick with something. But change it up if you need to in later evolutions. DO NOT change work out programs mid-evolution.
  • When is the app available? The app is scheduled for late summer 2025.
  • Do you have a Google Android version of the app? Yes. That is scheduled for delivery around the same time.
  • How do I access support resources? Use our site or email us: [email protected].
  • What if a task feels overwhelming? Reach out over chat (coming soon) or email us to help explain the task or break it down.
  • What is a Daily Gratitude? Daily gratitude is practicing "Intentional Gratitude". It is known to help with mental health. Many of our daily gratitudes are centered on our service members sacrifices for freedom. They are intended to instill a sense of pride and thankfulness for the many blessings we have in this nation.
